Too much tracking delay, not enough flick. Practice with McCree/Hanzo for flick shots, it'll improve your gameplay with Widow down the road.

Use trap often. That POTG could've been an easy death for you. Don't just stand still like a duck; move side to side and occasionally duck. Your shots are a huge location give away, the more you fire the more obvious you become, so with that being said, enjoy playing the game the way it feels comfortable to you while keeping these things in mind. Also, use your ultimate when your team can benefit it most.

Work on flicks and always move to a new position after every few shots so the enemy doesn’t always know your position
