Don't even bother, get a new 8th gen i3 if you are on a budget. Or like someone else said ryzen. The pentium builds are one and done, meaning there is really no upgrade path with it.

Yea, the i3 8100 is a great quad core cpu for the price. Been thinking about upgrading from i3 4160 + evga gtx 750 ti sc + 8gb ram to i3 8100 + evga gtx 1050 ti sc +16gb ram during the Black Friday sale.
