Go to settings>Application Saved Data Management>Saved Data in System Storage>Delete

Does that mean I have to start all over again including my other games lol

No you just do it for the ark application. And you only lose a few settings. No progress or anything else. Stuff like gamma, server filter, look inversion etc.

K I've commented on at least 30 other people's posts about the same question and it worked for all but 2 of them, but I suspect they aren't doing it correctly.

Everyone on my server still can't access the PC hosted ones. All have tried that

I'm trying to change the session filter but once games loads i get that damn blue screen and the game closes out

Buddy from Texas was the only one to get in without an issue or deleting England friend same issue girlfriend in the next room same buddy from Montana same so its just the unofficial server lobby
