I'm the biggest noob with capture devices. About 8 months ago I bought a Avermedia CD311 capture card, hoping to use it to record games on my retro PC. It took me this long to set up because I had to buy 3 VGA cables. It's running to a VGA splitter, and i got the display to work on my retro PC, but on my modern PC it's connected to it says no signal. Not really sure what to try next.
