If you have leaver in team, other teammates don't lose SR
All their accumulated SR loss goes to the leaver(s)

The problem with that is that people can take the fall for their teammates and leave on purpose, negating any SR loss. And yes, some people would be willing to do this.....especially considering all the alt accounts people use.

I think it should just pull someone from quickplay, if they choose that as an option, and that person only gets experience from the match. It would be much better than having to play a man down.

How about instead of leaver getting the whole burden, the leaver loses double the amount of SR and the teammate lose half the amount of SR instead of full 24 or something?

They should use the same system as dota, if you leave a few matches you will only be matched up with other leavers and have to win a certain amount of games before you get put back in the regular match up.

How bout the full team is given the option, maybe a 20 second window, to bench a teammate for the match. Where they either will lose nothing if they lose at that point, or if they win with the handicap they get bonus sr...

I think if someone leaves the match should be paused and then resumed when another player fills that spot, this still can be exploited probably but not as bad as other ideas.

What they should do is give the leaver 30 secs to recconect instead of just 10, Ik dcs happen often to a lot off ppl for some odd reason thats the only improvement I could think of
