I have been switching off Widow when I play her when I get to the second or third part, usually to Junkrat. Flankers are decent throughout, but really bad on the second half of the second part. Pharah is excellent on the second part and pretty bad on the third.

I hope so tbh. Junkertown feels like it encourages hero switching a bit also, so maybe there's a new trend of Blizzard encouraging this in OW?

Unless you are Genji or Tracer. You never switch with them. It is blasphemy and the Flankerati will drum you out.
