I see everyone asking if the otter spawns on ragnorak. Does it spawn. Anywhere else? I'm on the new servers pve island

In my experience the dinos need to be wiped once or twice before the new dinos spawn in properly

Also check anywhere with closed off bodies of water or with waterfalls
thats what I've seen a few times on PC versions
