YEah, completely normal.
In fact, that grey screen is the reason people overclock in the first place.

I’ll try, core way too high, power limit should have been maxed, mem could actually go more but you won’t know how much till you get the core right.

2150 on the core and about 8700-8800 on the memory is the most 1070s get .
The memory , will show 4700-4800 in after burner tho.

Is it normal? Of course it is! Everyone loves using their PC for the grey screen!

But in all seriousness, set your over clock back a bit until it stops acting up. Then go up in small increments from there. Best of luck to ya.

i think u have Done some wrong steps in overclocking or some Parts of ur pc Like Mobo or processor may not be Overclocking supportable if u dont got a K processor then also it causes problems
