I have a budget of $150 for it, and if the PSU you suggest is worth it then I can add another $20 or so.

Current specs until I upgrade my rig in February/March:

Cpu: FX-8350
RAM: 16GB 1866MHz
Motherboard: M5a97 le r2.0 (this is my old one, the better one died the other week)
GPU: R9 Fury

Its certainly an amazing unit but the price is also amazingly high. there's no need to spend that much. Were hitting some serious diminishing returns at this point

You get 10 years warranty with the focus plus gold models. 12 years with the Prime Titanium. You won't notice a difference in functionality besides maybe a slightly lower noise level.
