I have tried nearly everything and I really need help. I just recently got a new computer and have tried and tried and tried to get it to hook up to my wifi and it simply won't work. I am on Windows 10 and it is telling me that it is connected but that I have no internet and it is secure. I've tried every tip I've read on the internet so far and nothing has worked. Can anyone help me with this?

Solution 2 – Disable NetBIOS
Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections.
Right click your network adapter and select Properties.
Highlight IP v4 (TCP/IP) and choose Properties.
Click Advanced.
Next go to the WINS tab, and in NetBIOS settings section select Disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.

Had a similar issue recently and was able to resolve by uninstalling the wifi driver from devmgmt and re-installing it.
