Flex players notmally have a hard time rankimg up. It mostly depends on how good your team is most of the time, but as you get higher in rank you yourself eont do as good. If you flex you dont really get a chance to be good at one character so if you get to a high elo you might not be as good as other healer/tanks who main their characters
