This has nothing to do with how much they are charging (as the article falsely leads you to believe, eBay couldn't give less of a shit as to how much is charged) The only reason these are being pulled down is solely because the release date is too far out for the Pre-Orders. You have to be able to ship an item within 30 days of it closing. That is the -ONLY- reason these auctions are being pulled.

Also looks like stores in europe including amazon UK are cancelling pre orders past 1 item so Ebay probably realizes allot if those sellers may not be able to deliver.
