Don’t know about the 4K, a 2k with 144hz will be better, for VR I will wait a little bit.

Vive everytime - I haven't looked at a normal monitor game since I got my vive - it's worth every penny! and if you really want to play normal games - play them in a VR penthouse in your vive with a view over the city using a 60" virtual monitor!

Just worried about the lack of content on steam. Fallout 4 has got me interested and it’s free with Vive at the moment.

I would do it. You will notice far less difference playing on a new monitor than you will playing inside the game.

Definitely get the vive, if you can get the deluxe audio strap too. Vr beats regular gaming hands down, will get even better once the knuckles controllers come out

Vr for sure I have the oculus rift and I never thought I needed it till I had it, its just a total different experience. Plus killing floor is like 60% discount. Such a good experience.

This looks sweet, only 1440p@ 100hz tho
