Hi Guys. Is there any other best practices for keeping your computers virus free, I tried malwarebytes and windows defender and also disk clean up, but there are still a few viruses that goes through. Please be patient. still on the process of learning these kinds of things.

A - stay away from shady pirated software / torrent sites
B - stay away from shady porn sites

You will never get a virus / spyware. Windows defender is all I use these days.

Best way to prevent viruses is to not download stuff you’re not sure if it’s safe, only download from safe sites and official site, been having my pc 3 years, used avast free and that helped a bit identify stuff that was trying to attack, right now I’m just using plain old windows defender and have not had any virus get through

Use kaspersky total security trial software if you like purchase it or if you want to continue to use then kaspersky trial resetter every 1months .it resets your 30 days subscription to full .I am using Kaspersky total security from past 3 years , before using Norton security but it was kind of high CPU utilizing software .so yeah ksp is good .
