Hey guys I’m having a weird windows update issue, every time I restart my computer is says “getting windows ready” like it’s updating. An every time I look at windows update page it always shows two updates that get frozen at waiting for install. One is a windows 10 cumulative update the other is a windows defender virus definitions updates. No matter what I do I can’t get it to install the updates. I went through tall the windows troubleshooting options and nothing it working. I would rather not have to reinstall Windows if I don’t have too.
