guys you do know that these ping and dl speed tests you doing are based on servers in your local area ?
if you really need better ping test is by using CMD and pass this command :
ping 8.8.8.8
or
ping 8.8.4.4
you may change the ip according to your need .. example use a game server or your fav website.

Download speeds aren't affected by ping (ICMP, technically). They're not based off the local area, they're based off closest game server to datacenter. And all this does is ping Google's DNS servers and returns the results. Does nothing to improve ping or down/up.
