I think Titanic Monarch is my fave - great level design and I love the look of it. Oil Ocean is least fave, apart from the music. Honestly I think the completely new zones are the best.

Studiopolis Zone. I like urban setting stages in Sonic, and it's a beautiful level with amazing music. Close second goes to Mirage Saloon.
