Does anyone know what missions/challenges I can do to receive an exotic engram? I need one so I can unlock the Sturm. I have already done the other two parts of the quest [10 drang kills and 10 legendary engrams].

I'm pretty sure you can only get Sturm by doing it's quest.

Yeah, Sturm is exclusive to the Nessus Blue-colored quest. Do that to complete the Drang quest, then finish the Drang challenges to get Sturm.

Otherwise, do public events in the EDZ with a fireteam medallion active, thats, as far as I can tell, the most populated patrol zone on average. Good drop rates with that medallion on! Good luck man!

Nothing you can do but pop a medallion and hit public events until you get one.
