Try this maybe
Go home hold xbox logo
1 go capture options
Go click record up to 10 Mins
Record however long
X to stop recording
Red thing says it saved
Hold it down
Click save to one drive.

Share the clip top onedrive, download the onedrive app and then you can download the clip from there
