2nd ticket can run but if they keep up pull over
3rd ticket 300hp bone stock car.
After that you're a cop and don't punk out.
Must have a Mic for call outs.
Cops::No limit to HP, must be American car no v10 or v12s.
Must have cop decals and need 3 for a full session.
