who are you hosting it thru? i didn't have to go thru any of that. i'm running 3 servers thru host havoc and another server thru my LAN, and when we had problems, i just manually updated my server files, then manually updated my mods. on one of the servers, i had to run thru this twice, but everything's working now. i have 30, 20, 16, and 16 mods on my servers. and now we're running the easter event as well on them.

Not yet. I haven't done much in the past 24 hours, bc of work and moving, but I'll check into that, asap

My host is arkservers.io they have a great backup system and restore system. So doing the wipe and mod reload to fix the issue wasn't much trouble except for the downtime. Restored to 5 mins before the update hit and we are good. It's just part of the admin game.
