Can someone help me? I’m a noob to this but experienced mmo player... I can’t ever get on servers it always fails to finish the primal bp and then just sits at join session... when I do get in, I can’t transfer my character at the supply crate because it won’t load the server.

Once you hit join, go to Xbox settings, network settings, go offline, count to ten, go online, return to ark. Your NAT type might be going to strict without you knowing it. If you go to network settings and see that your NAT is strict, you'll need to google how to set your Xbox to DMZ in your router settings.
