Try restarting and pressing the play button with the exclamation mark

There's loads of fixes for this. Just google it. I can't remember the fix off the top of my head. But I used to get this all the time.

You got another update that took priority over this one. The play button with the ! Is supposed to be a II button so just click it and hit prioritize download

Mine actually got stuck for a week. Luckily when the next patch came in it fixed itself in a week

Ive tried everything but nothing seems to work thanks everybody for helping

ive seen this before, isnt it fixed by removing previous patch in game files and then reopening battle net?

I got this like a week ago. Restarted my computer and all was well.

For me it's literally always a Blizzard update. Look in the top left next time.

Sometimes it updates without showing its updating.

Delete battlenet and download it again...worked for me
