can anyone paste a link to help me find the xbox one server list or page to start up my own server can only find pc or ps4 on nit app.. stuck at sea for another 2 weeks.. internets are hard to use in and out of connection....

ok got it found it the price and durations of the servers last questions can i change the settings via my smartphone or does rhis need to be changed on a pc for settings or multipliers?
