Can anyone help me? I'm in the process of ordering a pc, but I'm unsure about power supply and cooler. I plan on getting either 1060 or 1070 and the 8700k. They will not be overclocked, except the auto overclock on load from the cpu. Will a 500w power supply be enough for this? And which of the coolers in the picture would be the best option? Thanks in advance for helps!

500W will be enough if you’re going for the 1060. I don’t know about the 1070.

My 500w was fine for a 1080/7700k

500w is enough if your not planning on making an sli.

500 is just fine for any basic setup but if you are concerned or can find a good deal, pick up a 700 or 750 and you will be able to run any hardware at all

If you can afford to buy one of the newer i7's and a 1070, why are you sweating about a psu? Just buy a 6/700 watt corsair one. Gold or platinum
