Bluestacks + nox beta it works fine on my pc if your lagging you pc sucks and you shouldn't bother gaming on it till you upgrade

Use nox, is pretty damn good, just adjust the controllers, oh and allow at least 2 cores (mine goes totally fine and smooth with 4)
