As my 1080Ti build is complete, it is time to buy a monitor. I'm leaning towards 1440P 144Hz screen. The IPS models are very popular nowadays like Asus PG279Q but the blacklight bleed and IPS glow on many of these monitors is HORRIBLE! I have seen tons and tons of complains on the internet about these bad panels and going through the process of returning and getting another bad panel. For this reason, should I skip the IPS and get a TN like Asus PG278QR for much less? Also any used the ViewSonic monitor? It is same as PG279Q but for the price of PG278QR.
