Just Dance in sweat mode has been pretty good for getting the heart rate up whilst having fun.

I don't like gyms. I just started getting back into shape in January. I was coming off of having 2 foot surgeries the previous year. It's taken this long to just be able to do small things. I still can't run long distances. So I went back to EA Sports Active 2 for PS3. Love this thing. If you can find one, and have a PS3, it's amazing. I've already lost 8lbs and 2 waist sizes.
