You should try VendettaArk! I joined recently, its a PVEVP server they have a starter kit and things are turned up to make taming and harvesting easier and faster. Join them on Discord for more info on how to join them and what they have

Phoenix PvE fb group has a really good server. No wars or pvp, so you can take your time and tame what you like. Taming is boosted, as well as breeding/hatching/maturing times, so getting mutations is as simple as being on for an hour or so. Tribes available to join, or make your own. Good, helpful community of players. Awesome admins who help when they can, and run a server store for crafting materials and dinos. If interested, look up Phoenix PvE as a fb group.
