Anyone in the group ever got to 5ghz (stable) with the i7-3770k?
Feeling a bit adventurous with going to 5ghz. Already at 4.2ghz (1.25v) on the Asus sabertooth z77. Temps are good (37c idle 68c under load) with kraken x61 on silent mode fan profile.
should I experiment with the kraken or should I pull out the corsair air series A70 and give it a go?

I had a noctua cooler get me stable at 4.9 ghz on an 8350. I don't know how that translates to intel though

Likewise.. I don't know how it compares to Intel. Thanks for the info
