Anyone else having issues with OW?

So I noticed since the 28th of December through the 30th the servers kept booting me off and making me log back in every minute, even if I was in the middle of a match. I would login, and it would resume the match for under a minute and do it again.
Ever since then, my FPS has been 1-7, making it damn near impossible to play. I’ve had the game since Black Friday (bought it half off) and I have not had anything like this happen before.
I missed pretty much the last week of the Christmas event because of this issue.
Yes, I’ve gone through troubleshooting that Overwatch forums provide. No it does not help. I have tried different YT tutorials to help ease FPS, PNG, and lag issues and nothing is helping this issue.
I’ve played the game nearly everyday since I bought it on Black Friday.
What’s up? Anyone else having these issues? Should I contact Blizzard about a possible bug or glitch or malfunction?
