Any of nvidia 960m drivers is not compatible with my inspiron 7559 and it forces to run on intel hd 530,

If you have Nvidia Control Panel, you have to manually force the card to run.

like one said disabling onboard graphic will force use of nvidia. some desktop mobo also doesnt support dual mode. just try its easy and fast

Use display driver unistaller, hundreds of tutorials on yt

It basically completely deletes your drivers, so you can install a fresh one later

Make sure you delete both Intel's and nvidia's drivers

Go into device management and disable the integrated graphics

Probably just a setting in bios or device manager - as Matthew says disable on-board graphics in device manager or check for bios setting

Interesting, I just installed my 960m driver on the same laptop and didn't have an issue. Have you tried reinstalling windows?

If your running windows try nvidia GeForce experience, had error code 28 stopping mine from installing did GeForce experience and cards drivers are now installed
