It kinda' depends on what games and their requirements for graphics support are needed. I do not think anyone would be able to say what the best are for you without some more info. But hey what do I know I've only been building systems since the late 70s.

My suggestions are price/performance

Graphics cards:
Gtx 1080ti, Gtx 1070, Gtx 1050ti and the GT 1030.
Gaming keyboards:
Corsair K70 Platinum, Logitech G413 and the HyperX Alloy FPS
Gaming mice:
Logitech G502, Razer Deathadder Elite and the Logitech G403
For the hard drive just get a WD Blue xd
Ram can be anything just in your budget
CPU:
Intel 8700k, Ryzen 1600/1700 and Intel 7700k
None of these are in order and take my opinion with a grain of salt
