Advice needed.
Cpu temp unstable.
Found out that the reason due to trident z rgb ram @3200
While running on default speed, temp is very stable.
Tested on both speed with intel XTU
100% load
2133 - 63degree max
3200 - can shoot up to 83%(cam software prompt)

On idle
2133 - 3x degree
3200 - 3x to 5x for no reason

My rig:
Asus z170 gaming pro aura
I6700K
Kraken x52
Trident z rgb 16gb(xmp @ 3200)

obviously its gonna be hotter if its running at a faster speed...

Pay attention to base clocks , I've seen a couple jump the default base from 100 to 125-150 with the ram xmp enabled

Had a set of hyperX do this on an asrock x99 extreme 6 Mobo , I just manually set base back to 100 and ram speed to 3200 and has been fine " left the oc profile timing ECT"
