Point is to street not get constantly chased
Cops will have choice of how many tickets at once.
1st ticket= Warning kinda watching you
2nd ticket= Cops will know and follow
3rd ticket= Class D car
4th ticket= Become cop
Mini maps off for racers, once you have car your lock in, cosmetic damage on, if you run cops will know and can pull you over or let you go.
Point is to get more racing then chasing when cops aren't around.
